1- Preparing strategic government communication plans, enhancing them when needed, as well as coordinating the executive tasks of the government communication and media strategy.
2- Managing communication and media operations and activities in times of crisis, in coordination with the relevant authorities.
3- Building the capacity of communication and media employees in all government entities and supporting them.
4- Ensuring integration between government media bodies, in the areas of planning, coordination and implementation.
5- Ensuring proactiveness, via coordination with government and relevant entities, and creating media content and narrative that reflects the reality to local and international stakeholders.
6- Monitoring and analysing news and data related to Bahrain, as an important stepping stone to rectifying the narrative.
7- Building long-lasting relationships with local, regional, and international media.
8- Overseeing the development government entities’ social media platforms.
9- Setting effective communication plans that highlights government initiatives.
